Every FORGEWORN suit is made to order, so we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or wrong size ordered.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered:
- Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video if you have one.
- After review, we will repair, remake or refund the item at our discretion.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it, before production starts. After that, the order is in production and cannot be cancelled.
Not covered
Normal wear, damage from crashes or misuse, alterations made by third parties, and customs or import fees.
